To get connected to Remote Access, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure your business computer is powered on and connected to the Internet.
  2. Make sure the DaySmart Pet Remote Access Service is running.
    • Within DaySmart Pet, open the "Online Services" menu and select "Remote Access Web Setup".
    • Press the "Start Service" button. The Service Status should be listed as Running.
